職種Retail Operation Manager
想定年収700~800万+10%perfomance bonus
Retail Performance
■Develop / optimize main retail dashboards jointly with the Central and other support teams (Finance, CRM…)
■Identify main areas to improve network retail performance and productivity
■Lead retail excellence programme (project management, interface with central retail team, support to the stores)
■Change Management
■Support the retail manager on identifying & improve their store network performance, acting as a business partner
Customer’s feedback
■Support the retail manager on implementing action plans aiming to improve mystery shopping results
■Test new approach for customer’s feedbacks
Staffing Optimization
■Set standards for labor scheduling
■Develop / Implement rostering tool across network
■Optimize match to traffic / analyse data to support actions
■Maximize floor management impact (staff & managers) in line with service standards expected
Store Operations
■Develop and implement main operational standards (product flows, cashing, wrapping…)
■Ensure consistency across network
■Ensure integrity of backrooms as well as stock management best practices
■Optimize interface between back-office and front-office in-store
■Detect needs for trainings and IT development
■Develop and coach Stock teams / partner with Retail Managers
Sales policy
■Rollout the commercial sales policy, ensure compliance of the processes at store level
■Ensure consistency across network
■Partner with the management to ensure minimal security risks and appropriate procedures (Staff, Clients, H&S…)
■Work with audit teams to identify and address issues and areas for improvement
■Manage Security teams in a cost efficiency way
Others: facilities, Maintenance, Uniform & after-sales
■Review / follow up of Maintenance and Minor Works
■Support Store Managers in matters related to external suppliers / define harmonized ways of working
■Take care of uniform management
■Coordinate with after sales team to optimize operations and in-store service related to after-sales managemen
University graduate or Equivalent
Experience of Store / retail operation in Luxury Fashion brand
Capability • 5 years of Retail Experience

■Project management skills
■Ability to explain and conduct change management

English - business Level *French is a plus
